FOCUS:
Aral Sea
The shrinking of the Aral Sea is a gigantic problem plaguing Central Asia. Although some people have become aware of this issue, the Aral Sea has certainly not received the awareness and aid that it and the people it serves deserve. We would like to spread the awareness of this massive issue in hopes that the lake will receive some level of aid that will help begin to restore the Aral Sea to a sustainable, useful size.
